This weekend, my friend Ted threw what I believe was the worst party of all time, which has prompted me to create this cautionary visual aid.
Here's a tip: if your party develops any or, God forbid, all of these characteristics, shut it down. Also, beware of moving parties. Any so-called party that involves delivery pizza, beer you cannot keep cool because you have no fridge, and me loading all of your stuff into a U-haul is a direct affront to humanity. We out.
Other lame parties to watch out for:
- Cuddle parties
- Tupperware parties
- Book club meetings
- Parties of five
- Block parties
- Parties where e-vite is sent out more than two weeks in advance
- Non-wedding parties with printed invitations
- Wedding parties with printed invitations
- Office parties
- Parties with parlor games
- Parties where parlor games from previous lame parties are discussed to any extent
- Murder mystery parties
- Parties with themes besides "nudity"
- Parties like it's 1999
- The Whig party

Questo fine settimana il mio amico Ted ha orgnizzato quello che credo sia il peggior party di sempre, cosa che mi ha spinto a scrivere questo blog a scopo precauzionale.
Ecco un consiglio: se il vostro party sviluppa una o, Dio non voglia, tutte queste caratteristiche, annullatelo immediatamente. Fate anche attenzione ai party in movimento. Per ciò si intende qualsiasi tipo di party che coinvolga il fattorino delle pizze, il non riuscire a tenere fresca la birra perché non si ha il frigo, e qualsiasi cosa che secondo me è un affronto all'umanità. L'ho detto.
Gli altri tipi di party schifosi sono:
- Party affettuosi
- Incontri di club del libro
- Parties of five ("Cinque in Famiglia")
- Block party
- Party in cui si viene invitati con più di due settimane di anticipo
- Party che non siano matrimoni ma che hanno inviti stampati
- Party che siano matrimoni che hanno inviti stampati
- Party da ufficio
- Party con giochi noiosi
- Party di omicidi misteriosi
- Party che coinvolgano la nudità
- Party alla 1999
- The Whig party
